On feburary 1, 2024, Shri Pema Khandu the Hon'ble chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, inaugurated the RIWATCH Museum Northeast and International Blocks at Khinjili, Roing. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Chowna Mein, Deputy Chief Minister, Arunachal Pradesh, Esteemed MLAs and delegates from the 8th International Conference of World Elders. 

As part of the Program, Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein released two significant books: "Divine Plants" by Nandini Dholepat and "In The Fabric of Culture" by Karabi Baruah. The event aimed to celebrate and showcase the rich culture and heritage of the region, emphasizing the collaborative spirit that plays a crucial role in shaping our shared future.
