RIWATCH is a leading and upcoming cultural research institute of Northeast India, based in Roing, Dibang Valley district of eastern Arunachal Pradesh. Established in 2009, it has been making remarkable contributions towards vibrant culture and sustainable prosperity.

 It has a managing council with Arunachali experts and scholars, with a Fulbright Scholar as Executive Director Shri. Vijay Swami. RIWATCH started an unique ethnographic museum in 2017, the only people’s museum in Northeast India.

It is also a qualitative facilitation centre for various universities to execute field studies in different disciplines related to the ethnic life of the local communities. Since 2013, every alternative year, RIWATCH has executed the Study Abroad Program for the students of the University of South Florida, Tampa, USA. It hosted the Regional Center of Education in Sustainable Development, recognized by the United Nations University, Institute of Advanced Studies.

Today RIWATCH has a Centre for Mother Languages , A well-established Library, a Medicinal and Herbal Garden,  an Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapy centre and a Documentation Centre.
