RIWACTH has a unique Library in its campus.  There are two sections of the library, one is devoted to children and another one is exclusively devoted for the Research Scholars.   A separate section is also devoted for research documents of northeast India, published by all the seven states of northeast India. Books on International Studies is another attraction of our Library.

The book themes range from stories and folktales, political and socio-cultural, anthropology and archaeology, spiritual and Cross Cultural etc. The RIWATCH Library also has a great collection of Gazetteers published by Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. We do have cyclopedias on different subjects and different aspects of ethnic life of people of northeast India.

Books published by RIWATCH is another section. There are also reference books on various subjects.

Books specially published by RIWATCH Centre for Mother Languages (RCML) to promote endangered mother languages, that includes publications on glossaries. words, numerical, environment and actions, apart from small pictorial books written in local dialects in student friendly language using Roman script. There good number of books on Medicinal Plants and Textile Designs also.

Books in the library are increasing day by day. Today RIWATCH has more than 4000 books and about 1500 e-books. It provides unique and peaceful environment for the readers with all basic facilities around.
