A renowned Library Activist who promoted good reading habits among the youths of Arunachal Pradesh. A founder of Lohit Youth Library Movement. He received Padmashri in 2020 for his dedicated service in the field of Education. A former Life Worker and Education Officer of Vivekananda Kendra.
